LFG - Single Player/Offline

For the next several months I am living in a house with terrible bandwidth and latency so am unable to play any online games. As I haven't been offline gaming for quite some time I have lost track of whats on offer and would be grateful for a few suggestions. I would like to meet some of the criteria below:

  • Modern or furturistic
  • Open World
  • Crafting
  • No Zombies
  • Released (Not Early Access)
