has this game still not been released in the U.S.? typical i guess. we get it years later when the graphics are dated within 1-2 years of us playing the game. If we got these games at release year, they would be cutting edge or close to it then we can play it long enough to get into it, then years later when the graphics are dated (1-3 years from now) we will be so involved in it, we wont' mind.

This whole conversation is getting weird ... Just plain weird
They have not released a plan since 2013 wen they announced an indefinite delay for the western release.
