Does WoW NA accept Debit Cards?

Ok, I read their terms of conduct, and it mentions debit cards, but I enter my number (no im not gonna tell you) into the credit card payment, and it wont accept it, but only credit card and game card payment is accepted. I dont know where to turn next, and am very confused.

    That's wierd. I use a debit card to pay for mine and it works just fine. ::::12::

    Does your debit card carry a Mastercard or Visa logo?? or AMEX or Discover for that matter? If it doesn't carry the logo of a major credit card then its not going to work. ATM cards won't work but if you can use it at a gas station by pushing credit and swiping (and not putting in a PIN) then it should work. If you cannot use your card with a credit feature (ie. you always have to put in your PIN) then it will not work.

    And one other point, did you check the expiration date just in case? I've forgotten that before and tried to use an expired card... embarassing but it happens occassionally.
