I must start by saying several bugs have cropped up,c'mon Blizzard geesh.
As to the format,i think it is a really cool idea, about time,i was so bored of the game i quit back in December.I have still followed it case they made some changes that i might get back into it.
Well in two days i have played around 30 games and had some fun.Obviously there will be certain classes dominate these formats from week to week.I feel it allows several classes to be competitive like Mage/Priest/Druid/Hunter although i still see some struggling a bit behind such as Paladin and Shaman although i had a decent run with a Shaman deck last week.
Both weeks come down to a lot of luck, whatever you get from the spiders last week and this week whatever minion your spell drops you.
I had a lot of success with Hunter last week and i saw 99% of the time Priest and Mage the two stronger classes.
This week i have tried to go against the grain with Rogue and paladin and struggling lol,Druid is just too strong and Mage and priest remain strong as well.I am a bit surprised i have not seen any Hunter this week,i think i will continue to go against the grain and try to rebuild my Hunter deck of last week
Overall it is a fun idea,i couldn't care less about forcing myself to play 300 games a month to get some meaningless legend rank. This is likely to keep me interested for quite a while however i still want to see the multiplayer aspect brought into the game as well as automated tournaments.
