No ,not offended at all sorry if I came out so .Problem with writing something it sounds aggressive even when you do not intend it as such. I was just explaining how we in Malaysia and Singapore use English in a lot of cases as our main form of communication . You know former British colonies have a lot of history with English and outsourcing in India take advantage of this . Anyway sorry if I sounded mad I was not. image

Been playing for about an hour now. Bringing back memories for when I used to play the PSO1 on my Dreamcast. The NPC's talk in Japanese but there are English subtitles, so pretty easy to figure out the game so far. Made a Human Samarui.

i played it in japan like 2 years ago. its just too dated to me.  I can't take it anymore.  i waited and waited and I hadn't seen it in 2 years.  it looks soooo different from when i first played it. wow.  oh well. i think this is a common theme for most asian mmos.  by the time they get to an english version, its too dated.....except for FFXIV which we got straight out of the gate just about and it looks great

i just downloaded this game last night and having ALOT of fun soo far !!

Playing as a Samurai Robot (Reminds me of the sweet looking Mech's in Xenogears ) Really a plus for me as Xenogear's for Playstation 1 is very nostalgic to me       its really pretty cool soo far

I tried to do a few dungeons and couldn't find very many people to join with yet....But it is very enjoyable for the First day I have played

From what I have read the SEA Version is outdated , P2W along with poor translations.. I was going to jump on ASAP but after reading a bit I think I am going to pass playing this version.

I am still in disbelief ( and upset ) that they never brought PSO2 to the west..

well you have heard the saying better late than never, but in this case, i think this ship has sailed.......its 2-3 years too late in my opinion.

I agree it is very similar to the handheld PSZ , PSP2 and PSP2I , but on the big screen. The only major downfall to the game is that it's hard to play through the story multiple times ( as in on more than 1 character).

Now this hasn't been answered by Asiasoft yet , as to if this is permanent , so be cautious of putting money into the game. Their maintenance is on Wednesday's , so if it's still playable on Thursday I might get back on it and mention it to the relevant people.

    Cheers,

    BadOrb.

Agreed... They have money for a PSO2 anime but they cant be bothered to launch in the west. Such a shame.

I downloaded this but never had a chance to play it after the unusually long install time.

DOES THIS MEAN WE ALL HAVE VIRUSES NOW!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!!?

Honestly it isn't very hard to just use a VPN to play it. That's how I've been playing the Japanese L2 classic server. But aren't they localizing PSO 2 in NA again? So I guess I can just wait.
