Few more noob questions?

I have a few more questions.  I have a level 9 Mage in freeport and plan on making him a Warlock.

1.) Where do I go in Freeport to buy a sell board (Not sure real name)?

2.) I have 2 slots in my house vault.  Is there a way to increase the number of slots?

3.) Can I slao use the sell board to buy from other players?  I'm looking to buy upgrades to my spells.

They are sold in every village. Try looking at the Innkeepers wares. They cost like 60copper

Not that I know of. You can however put bags/boxes in those 2 house slots increasing the amount that can be stored there

3.) Can I slao use the sell board to buy from other players? I'm looking to buy upgrades to my spells.
You can search the market for things from the house board but you have to go to one of the brokers throughout the city or you can visit the persons apartment and buy directly from them.

for your second question:

You'll get additional slots when u move up to higher rooms and such

Also you can buy huge chests to put in those slots...turning 2 slots into basically 48 slots

 this is incorrect as it stands now the larger apartments and houses all have two vault slots but you are correct about putting boxes in for a total of 48 slots
