Im in the uk, and i have a lenovo Z50 - i7 varient, and yes i play ff14 : arr , EvE , WoW and a few other 'lighter' games on this no problems
I originally bought this laptop to replace a desktop, but now i just use it when i go away with work and works fine.

The one i got had i7, 8gb memory 840m GPU, granted it wont run everything on max, but good quality medium settings and 40+ fps is not unusual
Mine cost me 449, and they had a vat back on offer so ended up only costing about £375 ish
