I love fantasy in general, but with the greenmangaming sale for 14 dollars I do not think I can pass a buy to play mmorpg up.
Anyways any info is appreciated thank you:)

It depends on what you liked about the secret world.
I would say "yes" in that it's very story driven with the voiced quests, you can tinker with builds and it looks good.

Somebody, somewhere has better skills as you have, more experience as you have, is smarter than you, has more friends as you do and can stay online longer. Just pray he's not out to get you.
I actually came from TSW when I started playing ESO a few months ago. I really like TSW but the content starts to wear on me after too much exposure. I've also enjoyed my time in ESO.
I believe I'd currently be classified as a casual gamer. I play a fair bit but not enough to get to "end game". I take my time with the content the games provide. I guess this means I played TSW primarily for the character customization and puzzle/investigation style questing. ESO was a nice break as the questing requires minimal thinking but provides a good sense of adventure. ESO also has decent character customization although not as much freedom as TSW. Both games look gorgeous and despite being F2P, both feel like high quality products.
If you're a power gamer or spend a significant amount of time on end game content you should consider seeking other opinions.
^Pretty much.
When it comes to story it's ESO, TSW and SWTOR for me.
ESO and TSW have the most freedom in character builds when it comes to those three though.

The journey on ESO is quite excellent.
And the phasing helps shape the world around you depending on your decisions during quests. (So they have a much bigger impact than TSW's)

While I've never been much of an alt person (always start them but they don't get far) I found, for me, that alts were very difficult in Elder Scrolls Online.
Part of this reason is that it's heavily story driven.
You will go through every quest multiple times if you have alts and that might get trying.
Having said that, if you started in different factions you would at least get the different faction quests.
But the game is designed where, once you get to 50 you then go to another faction and do the quests that are there.
And again, it's all voice acted. after a few times I found myself, with an alt, skipping over the quest info as "yadda, yadda, yadda I've heard it several times before". and as a general rule I usually go through all quest material.
This could cheapen the experience for you if you make alts.
