Can't escape quotes

AlumicardAlumicard Member UncommonPosts: 388
Hey,
so when I press the quote button and click in the quote "box" before writing anything below (aka reply area) most of the time I am stuck om the quote box and can't escape it meaning I cant write outside the quote box. Which is kind of annoying because I have to reload the side, write the text outside the quote box then edit the quote box with color, shorten the quote, or whatever I want to do.

Please fix that. I was hoping that wont appear on the new forum because that problem existed on the old forum too. But I guess all the fancy new pages you have to load (mmorpg.com, vanillaforums.org....) don't help in solving this problem.

Type anything outside the quote box. A single character is enough. Make your changes inside the quote box. Then complete your reply.

When that happens you can use "Toggle HTML view" -option. The button that looks like </>, just above the box where you're writing your comment.

Write anything to the end of message in that view (just a single character is enough), and then you can switch back to normal view.

You can also use the same trick if you ever want to write something in front of the quote box. You can do that by writing anything before the message in HTML view, then returning to normal view.
