yes, i was wondering wats the percent chance of success of giving a staff flame damage and which scroll do i use?

tips for upgrading +1 till +3 using normal upgrade (nus) scroll is 100% success
to +4 and to +5 using nus depends on ur luck (with Blessed upgrade scroll 100%)
+6 (BUS + trina 100%) and +7 it's so damn hard now to make nowadays
to add ur staff an elemental use blessed elemental scroll (BES - have orange stripe)
when u add elemental (if succes) it will be automatically be a lightning staff use dispell scoll to change the staff to any elemental u want (100%)
