What Was Your Funniest Experience/Story In An MMORPG?

I'll go first.

Years ago I was playing this game called 2 Moons/Dekaron. We were in a sort of war in which some dudes killed some of our noob clan members and the best pvprs/pkrs in the clan were me and these dudes I knew since like level 1. We went to avenge them, in which case we hunted these dudes down and killed them all(it was pretty epic lol) the thing was....that we didn't know who we were fkng with. This clan was attached to like...the baddest clan on the server(bad as in...don't fk with them bad). So, my friends and I got whispers by unknown people saying we fkd up. Us being ignorant(still not knowing really who these guys were lol) didn't care, told them to bring it.

They told us where they wanted to meet for battle. Everyone in the clan met in a town and got all our potions, best gear on, everything ready for war and we all set off to go do battle in this sort of cave like place. We got there....didn't see any enemies...went deeper and deeper and we got to a certain part of the cave....and it was like.... a fkng SWARM of like MAX LEVEL, TOP GEARED Players...I was like "WTF...who are all these fkng people?!" LOL. They had brought like...their entire alliance...I think one of them commented saying something like "You guys are fkd" in which case we just started fighting lmao...clan members were dropping like flies... we were so deep in the damn cave. We were running, fighting, running, fighting, hiding lol. Noob clan members were logging out LOL, Clan leader got dropped in an instant (like 4 dudes attacked him right off the bat) lol. Everyone got wiped out and me and my best friend were the only ones left...hiding. We thought maybe we could catch one slipping and double team them...but instead while we were hiding we were found by a group. We fought...and got fkng slaughtered.

So, after doing this over and over again until we learned our lesson...everyone was all bummed out. I was like "man...we fkng suck."  We were all just standing around town talking and then...some annoying noob kept spamming that he wanted to join our clan. At the time I wasn't wearing my level equipment. I was dressed like a noob (fighting was over...just wanted to wear my sad old noob gear after getting destroyed all day.) Clannies were telling the guy he was too low level and to stfu, he still kept saying he wanted to join. I said "Wait guys, why can' the join? If he beats me in a duel he should be able to join right?" I guess everyone knew what I was going to do since we were all in a crap mood and they agreed lol. I told the guy that if he beat me he could join.(He thought we were the same level, as I was wearing the same level as him noob equipment). 

The noob was happy to get the chance and said he would beat me....So...the match started. I hit one skill...and the match was over...He was like "How!? WTF!? Are you cheating!?" and I just replied "Well, you lost. You fkng suck, GTFO out of here you piece of sh1t noob!" We then all laughed....and sadly all went to go level as after me treating that noob like that...we were hit with how pathetic we were....


I have one more story from this same game that was pretty funny but I'll wait to see if anyone else posts any funny experiences/stories.

When first playing World of Warcraft me and my friends were playing only as a group. We wouldn't go off and solo so we would all be he same level and go on the same quests. One friend broke away from that and leveled up way beyond us some of them tried to catch up but I fell behind to th epoint I couldn't quest with them. I was going to buy a character from eBay at higher level just to play with him but he says that's crap and I wouldn't know how to play a bought toon.

So I bought a level 65 mage for $100 on eBay and while we were all playing we were usually all on the phone together and chatting. I didn't tell anyone about my character, I followed his character around while everyone chatted. After a while he got into talking about how he can duel mages and then he called out MY MAGE for a duel, he didn't know it was me. I beat him in a duel and then started laughing. Then I told him that was me, he didn't believe me and it took 5 mins to convince him.

Needless to say he was miffed, even 10 years later he doesn't like to bring up that day. I had fun with that character and eventually sold it for $300. Good times

I was hanging around one of the starter zones, and the chat alone was one of my most hilarious experiences. First of all someone mentioned this guy called "Leeroy", he is funny. But then the conversation went onto "Chuck Norris", "Kek" and other player's mothers. I laughed all the way to the uninstall button.
