Will someone submit this bug for me please?

Well I found a bug that only affects non subscribers and well since it only affects them and there is absolutely no way for a non subscriber to report any bugs.  I expect the bug to never be reported as a result.  Would some subscriber please report this bug for me thank you.

Weapon mods are being considered as artifacts even though they are green or blue in color.  There are also several other items being considered as artifact.  

Thank you whoever helped with this.  I plan to subscribe soon just not right now.
