Thinking of playing a grinder

Im looking for a open world game similar to lineage 2, I first looked at neverwinter but found it its severely instanced.

I want something with at least a decent game population, it also must have PVP

I don't mind p2w sort of as long as you can grind yourself to do the same.

To be fair I have better luck with Jackd and tindr than I do with grindr these days.
