Dead?

in Ultima Online
i played this game for some tiem but eventually quit year later i find out that its dead? but i read some posts apparently its alive which really sucks because i lost my cds to it and you still have to pay for it?

    Just about every MMORPG took a hit from WoW and is dying quickly. Even FFXI seemed surprisingly dead, and that game seemed pretty up-to-date with MMORPGs.

    i play on australian servers because racism is acceptable there
