CBT 4 key giveway starting day?

I'm looking for CBT 4 key giveaway, and found none so far. Is it too early? Previous giveaways for CBT 1-3 started how many days before beta?

Also I wonder, why I can't post or reply anything on official NCsoft BnS forums? Are only founders able to post yet?
