phone number to cancel?

I am tired of clicking on the main web site to find a phone number.

Anyone here got the suport phone number to cancel? Forgot to cancel the free trial which i never even got installed .

They do not have a phone number to call. All you can do is email them or go to ipay. Of course you can always call your cc company and deny the charge.

also went to the support page (found link on the main page) and when logging in with email/password i put in a 'case' to cancel.

i got an automated response from the above email address. which also told me to go to the web support page.

Or you can just cancel your account online. Thats what i did when i got the trial a few days ago. There should be a cancel Account button to the left in your "My account" Settings

You may cancel your account at any time by logging into the horizons.istaria.com website, clicking the "Billing" link on the left side of the page, then the "Cancel Account" link on the right. Choose your subscription to cancel, enter your email address and password. And then submit.

Please note that your account will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. Your characters will not be lost should you choose to reactivate in the future.
