Founder's Pack purchase debacle

Many of you interested in the game are struggling with the client patch creating issues for those on Windows 10 & 8. While that's going on....the server that handles purchasing founders packs has been down for the last six hours (or longer). Trying to get on to join my friends, and can't. Cannot even contact support. Since I need to have purchased a founder's pack or started a subscription in order to have the ability to contact them about it.

Anyone else currently trying to buy a founder's pack, and unable to get the purchase page to load?

If you think 6 hour downtime is a debacle then you'll need to avoid MMOs during their launch week. Nearly every MMO has long downtimes and other technical problems during launch.

Founder packs have been on sale for months.  You had plenty of time to buy one but instead you waited until the last minute.  As for the technical issues, it sucks but if you didn't expect problems with the launch then you must be new to MMOs.  Let me guess, all your friends rolled on Mushin, too?

I'm so glad I'm waiting to play on the 19th.  I've learned early access is basically restarting servers and queues.  I will no longer pay for that privilege; -)  .

OP consider yourself lucky. You didnt spend the money. You are better off waiting 20 hours. Its a trash game and youl catch up to your "homies" in no time. Imagine yourself having spent the 125$ and not been able to DL, patch, or play. Think of that.......and smile.
