Is it?
The game only have 30 levels, there are no raids, and questionable End game.
But the price is big, really big even for an MMO, 60 to 90€ - that's a lot.
And than their is already a talk about Paid DLC? Even thou the game hasn't released they are already selling DLC that no one have seen.
Are they just trying to Cash in big on a Hype train?
What do you think?

1. "The game only have 30 levels, there are no raids, and questionable End game."
Ubi/Massive (I'll just call it Ubi afterwards) have been (granted, frustratingly) tight-lipped about the endgame. Ryan Bernard says “We're VERY aware that end game is where many games have failed to provide enough good content to keep people playing,”... “So we're making [sure] that we spend enough time pre-launch to make a very robust end game experience for The Division.”
So while I can be sympathetic to the argument that it is a bad move for Ubi to be so secretive, that doesn't necessarily translate into no or questionable end game. Silence is just...silence. As far as raids, there are some small clues that there could be raids:
As far as the level cap, most people think it is 30, but that is not confirmed as far as I know. Even if it is however, it's not a concern of mine as Destiny (yes, I enjoyed it) was a 20 level cap (and then light level) which was eventually increased. As long as there is room to grow like many mmorpgs (granted, not strictly an mmorpg, but that's another subject), I don't see a problem.
2. "But the price is big, really big even for an MMO, 60 to 90€ - that's a lot."
Maybe this just me and my PS4 talking, but I expect to pay $59.99 USD at first release of AAA games. That's just standard to me. I also paid extra for the season pass, which brings me to:

This game is not following the AAA fps pattern where they, for instance release CODIII, put together and release one or two dlcs, and meanwhile work on COD IV to replace it in a year or two. Rather, The Division is more in an mmorpg pattern in which they at least appear to be in it for the long haul. With mmorpgs, you buy the game and pay a monthly sub with the understanding that new content is constantly in the works and being released. In such a case, planning for DLC simply makes sense. It's just a different way to do the same thing you would expect from a major mmorpg. Instead of paying a monthly sub and get content for it over time, you pay every few months. If done right, it's a wash.
"Are they just trying to Cash in big on a Hype train?"
I expect big publishers to hype their games in hopes for a big cash return, but I think much of it is genuinely coming from players. In my case, when I look at 2016, there just isn't anything on the horizon that hits my personal check boxes like The Division does. I could be wrong, but I think I have a good handle on what I like and my predictions for myself usually pan out.
The Division isn't a usual MMO. So with out players experiencing end game, it looks like no one actually knows what they are buying.
What if you get to the end game, finish it in few hours, and than it's just DZ left. No more content, just shooting each other in DZ and grinding for gear? Is this what you spend 60 - 90€ on?
Doesn't it bothers you that there is so little information?
As for your misinformation try to do a little research next time a simple google search would have done wonders.

That said... its basically Destiny with modern guns breaking it down in the most simplest comparison terms. It's not exactly 'new'. Doesn't mean it can't be good or enjoyable though.
In Alpha and Beta there were only 4 man groups. Saying out of blue that there is a 8 man content, is just wild guessing right now.
If there was a Raid, i doubt they would keep it secret. It would serve no benefit to hide this information.
Sounds like Hype.
Reason is this:
Something 'new' comes out on Steam pretty much every day so why are people getting excited about 'something new' that in this case really isnt all that new to begin with.
is it a case of not looking in the right place? being too drunk on the AAA koolaid or is it something else?
I dont know

Hey the information is there and all over the interweb you keep your ears plugged and scream as loud as you can anytime somebody gives you info...seems like a childish way to act but have fun.

You make no sense buddy. You bash AAA games yet push the VR system being backed by one of the largest complies (FACEBOOK) hypocrite much??
I did buy GTA 5 but only played it for 2 hours, returning it, I found it really boring and actually anyoying.
For the record I used to only play AAA games. I cant believe those days now

They do make me wonder if the OP is just trolling (it almost has to be) or if someone is posting here with absolutely zero knowledge of the market. A game releasing at $59.99 is pretty much the typical price point (at least on console) so I'd be curious to know how someone would remotely suggest that the price point is high. Leads me to believe it has to be a troll question, nobody would deliberately try to pass off something that ridiculous otherwise.
No end game, or that if they have it that he doubts they would keep it secret and would have shown it. Again, has to be a troll, in fact it seems of late (and I mean in the last 5-6 years) studios are not sharing everything about their game, they'll tell you it has "x,y,z" content, but they aren't showing video of it, or making it visible for people in limited beta testing. (Although it usually is available in closed testing....under an NDA). I'm sure you could speculate a few hundred reasons why, like it's not close to ready to go, or that it's a culmination of a storyline, and that since this is a story based game, they don't want to give it away. It could be any number of things....
To me though, I think Ubisoft is going to have to demonstrate how fast they can pump content into the game, and how fast they address player concerns and issues. (Aim-bot and hacks for the PC based on the last event) One of the common things people said was that there are not enough spawns out in the world, often times making the world seem too empty, something Ubisoft said would be "fixed" for this next beta. Personally, I'm interested to see what changes they made, to me it will be a good indicator of how they will address things going forward.
What do I think? I think it was a pretty good trolling opening post.
The game on the other hand is interesting, and I had a good time with it, love to see how Ubisoft clears up the issues, and how they manage to add content and keep the game fresh. For me, some of those questions get answered in the next beta session.
It won't be any good.
Reality check... all games are cheap and shallow... it's a matter of whether or not you can convince yourself that they are not.
There's nothing out of the ordinary with the division, the cost is like other titles, the hype is the same and the only question left to answer is if the game is good or shite.
i have to mention: this game is firstly a RPG and THAN a shooter.
and yes, i played the beta and i didnt like it. im not disappointed, i just dont like it... it's (like i said) nothing new
And i don´t thin the hype has been that bad, compared to many other franchises (hi Destiny) =P
This have been a good conversation
Try to be excellent to everyone you meet. You never know what someone else has seen or endured.
My Review Manifesto
Follow me on Twitter if you dare.
So far, we only know about single player story and Dark Zone. I can't remember a single case of successful hiding of content/features for the upcoming MMO title. If the devs and testers are not talking about it, it's not in the game.
I generally find that MMO's that can't give more than a few weeks of gameplay isn't worth my time and its also one of the reasons why I no longer play mmorpg's. Its not that I don't mind games that gives a few weeks gameplay, its just that singleplayer gamers are simply better at doing that compared to MMO's.
