Some countries are excluded from the EU/NA servers due to the territory license agreement from the Russian service. Here are the countries whose IP will also be blocked:
RUSSIAN FEDERATION, ARMENIA, AZERBAIJAN, GEORGIA, KAZAKHSTAN, KYRGYZSTAN, MOLDOVA, TAJIKISTAN, TURKMENISTAN, UKRAINE AND UZBEKISTAN, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, ESTONIA, TERRITORIES WITH LIMITED STATUS ABKHAZIA AND SOUTH OSSETIA
Poor Lithuania...well hey they have a hockey team !!!.
South Ossetia, wonderful place but a little too much snow.I remember walking there from Canada uphill both ways, took me 2 weeks walking 25 hours a day with only a gameboyadvance and a pack of smarties ,man that was tough, but well worth the trip.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
This have been a good conversation
just play western mmos specially if you are from NA/EU.. support your people and play better games..look how those asian people support their games, learn from them at least, except for wow non of western mmos were successful in asia even gw2 because those asian people support their own game rather than crying about western games like you people crying for their games.
So What Now?
That is serious chunk of gamer population. I dont get their business strategy ? Less customers, less money

BUT
1) I hate when people pretend you can just use a free VPN service to do that. You can't. Challenge me and link one if anyone dares.
2) You're looking at a minimum of $10 / month for a decent VPN service.
I have played several games with VPN services, none are as fast as my ISP, which is normal, because the ISP is directly connected to the largest internet exchanges.
Do some VPN have low ping? Yes. But like I said....my main problem with these "Use a VPN argument'...is that people pretend that doesn't cost money, it does.
The chance to lose $100 in a flash when a GM bans you, including your character and account, is not tempting of course.
