question about the soft cap

I have heard that people can reach the soft cap of 50 in under a day, and I believe this because my beta character hit level 9 within an hour of (mostly incompetent) play.

so what do you do after you hit the level cap??  Can someone enlighten me?

Leveling to 20 took 5h. Taming my first horse took 3h. When you hit soft level cap you continue leveling and play the game (sandbox it up!)
