Death Penalty - the exact penalty?

Hey guys, I have tried to search without finding the exact information.

If I get killed in PvP, wether I start the fight or not, I will lose around 2 % xp at level 50 - is that correct?
- can I get lower than level 50. And if yes, will I lose my ability to wear the gear, will I lose my talent points?

I can lose my items in inventory. Does that include gear I have equipped, or only gear in my inventory?

They lowered XP penalty for NA/EU because it takes more XP to level up in our version compared to KR/RU and JP.
