The only thing that can save Skelth from complete oblivion is a F2P model. I advocate a mild model that doesn't necessarily mean P2W as NCWest. Eventually it can drag NCWest players to Classic EU.
At the beginning of the classic server it was great and I was having a blast. There was a big enough population that finding a random party was almost instant. I was making new friends and enjoying the old school game. After a lot of ppl quit for one reason or another and the population tanked, it became no fun. All that was left were people that purchased characters from the Russians that power leveled them and sold them. Which made more people leave. The classic L2 EU server died because of mis management. Innova isn't any better than NCwest it turns out. Lack of any GM service.

The truth is, EU-NA players can't deal with L2 Classic as Russians do. They boast about Gran Kain 5k logged accs but right there you will find RMT too. It's hard to find an online game RMT free dude.
NA-EU players can't organize CPs with the same efficience as Russians and the fee in RU Classic is cheaper so making multiboxed buffers needed for CPs is cheaper than EU Classic. That's why Classic is destined to fail in EU. At least as P2P.
