Yes, you can swap onto other characters to get more phoenix credits.  It's a good idea as you can also swap gear between characters in your stash.

So for example, my main character has a ton of blueprints.  I can craft another vector, shotgun, marksman rifle that are lvl 31.. with a whole set of gear as well for each of my other characters and it would be relatively simple to run the challenging missions with little chance of failure.

The only issue is the monotony of running the same missions over and over everyday.  But you get enough to buy just about anything on the market that you want .. even in some cases.. 3 items a day.

It was till it was broken , have some inside info on the broken dailies they were hard coded to shut off the devs knew this and said nothing also they don't intend to give us anything for it not working and will only be fixed during the new patch update.
