Does anyone wish there was an MMORPG like this..?

I really Love Old Ultima Online Where you Basically Could Do Anyhting. I love realistic Affects of Games. Only one thing I've never really liked was Perma Death. I've never been a Huge Fan of Item base. I've always been for skills and if it just so happens that you have godly skills that you'v been working on for years and can kill anyone good for you. I also love Housing.. I love in UO how you can create your own housing but I really Loved in SWG How the houses looked on the inside and outside. I HATE Loading times for any Games as well. Now with that said is there any games That are sort of like this?? I've tried:

Matrix Online/ Everyquest 2/ SWG When It first Came out/ (Still playing Ultima)/Guild Wars ( I Enjoyed at first but really no point after your level 20 and I hate how you cant like go EVERYWHERE)

well shadowbane has some of those things and is completely pvp based (pve for leveling ) )

its old and has its problems but hands down best one ive played so far and ive played most of the ones you listed
