I played LOTRO when it was not F2P loved the game a lot and I had a steady group so it was an absolute blast. I don't actually know how it is now though.
I can actually run LotRO. This isn't really a debate for me. (Though anyone with a P4 or higher can)
BDO I am certain I could get to play on low settings but it would be a unique version of playing, to put it mildly.
As for games defined, BDO is sandbox leveling and I prefer that over the quest style LotRO. I'm not having any desire to play any fantasy set games right now though. I want to shoot stuff.
