    Listen, I already read that they are not allowed to exchange beta accounts with other people. Sorry but its risky if you do! And also risky for the people who have that account.

    Well I thought I would ask anyways =/

    Beta testers for RV acually don't sign or agree to any kind of NDA, so there is no problem on this side of it.

    I have a closed beta account I'd like to trade for a DnL beta account, too, but due to NDA, I can't really advertise it. So, normally I'd say yes, that is wrong. But now, I'd say I can feel your pain.

    The earlier testers never had to sign any NDA when signing up. I know this for a fact, because in a Dev post in the Beta Forums we we're told that =P

    And they asked us until they did have a NDA up that we would not leak info about the game.

    I have broken no rules. I never signed a NDA, havn't signed the new one, and I don't leak info about the game.

    Well, while they can't sue you in a court of law, it's still their game and they can go F-you at any time they feel like it and make your beta account inactive--but that's only if they knoww ho you are in the first place.
