anyone else find it impossible to create free trial account?

i've tried several times to make a trial account, but it always refused my Visa CC. Now, this is the same card i've used to shop online, pay for WoW, EQ2, Eve, etc.....WTF???? I just bought something online yesterday too, so i know the card is good.

    Nevrax updated their billing system Wednesday, maybe it did not go alright, dunno.

    Sometimes there is a problem as they do test payment of $1 and some banks / credit companies have problem with that for foreign tnansactions.

    You can email to support-ee@nevrax.com and they will help.

    the e-mail worked. they said to contact my CC company. i have no idea which of the 10,000 phone options to pick though lol. maybe i'll get lucky and pick the right one.

    yeah, this seems to be popping up a lot. I am interested to what the real problem is and what pple can do to fix it, so please post what you can, thanks :)

    Are you guys putting spaces in between the chuncks of 4 numbers in your CC #? Mine didnt work toll i put spaces. *shrugs*

    Oh... maybe i just put my # in wrong the first time. Now im having a problem downloading the client. I downloaded the english version and it said some files are currupt please download the french verson.. and i was like.. ehhh.. ok So i hope its not in french now.. image
