Question about claiming a prize

Hey all, I have a slight problem
I won a contest on this site, a beta account. Though most of you have guessed the game by now, I don't want to tell you specifically JUST in case. Anyways, I've confirmed and all... WHAT DO I DO NOW? What am i waiting for? Is the confirmation stuff (put in your account name, password, key) supposed to be my beta account? If so, then I put in the same name and password that is my MMORPG.com account AND the actual game's beta signup. So now when I go into the site and put in my account stuff, it looks the same as if I don't have a winning account.... WHAT DO I DO??????????????

    Yeah I won and confirmed my ticket just now. We might have to wait until all 180 tickets are given out to get our client download. Any help here would be most helpful.
