Grim Dawn Freezing/Crashing.....still !!

Grim Dawn has had an issue with freezing and crashing,  necessitating a complete restart of computer,  since it's release on Steam.  At first they said it was a small problem, even though most of us had no error reports to send to Crate because the crash was  total requiring a restart.  Later they said the fix would come when...."it was ready".  Now they are totally ignoring the issue.  If mention is made on the forums it is answered with a laundry list of work arounds including the always comforting "at your own risk" variety(assigning to a single core, etc).  Grim Dawn is a great game, and I think they have earned some time and leniency on that basis, however.....far too many of us paid money for a game we  cannot play, and we are being ignored by the company that sold it to us.  Damage control by evasion is seldom a wise choice .....:(
