Tried to log into the game today only to find this error message confront me.
Logged into my account on their website to see my account history had been wiped clean by Daum.
I had spent over 260 dollars on the game yet it was all blank.
No email from them, no information as to why, no phone number to try to resolve this in a timely fashion.
Can't believe this TBH...

Found a page with instructions and then at the bottom there was this little snippet

The last time I had an issue, my payment went through but they didn't give me what I paid for, it took 2 weeks for them to get back to me and give me my 60$ of in game cash.
Very horrible support.
Did want to complain about no live support. Seems outrageous. Also having to shame them into a speedy resolution also seems a bit underwhelming to say the least.
