You do not have access to the game. (After patch today)

Tried to log into the game today only to find this error message confront me.
Logged into my account on their website to see my account history had been wiped clean by Daum. 
I had spent over 260 dollars on the game yet it was all blank.
No email from them, no information as to why, no phone number to try to resolve this in a timely fashion.
Can't believe this TBH...

    I'd give it at least a day.  Might be something up with the maintenance.

    So i logged in to my account. Clicked Support. Clicked cannot access account.

    Found a page with instructions and then at the bottom there was this little snippet

    If none of the above worked, please contact customer support. You can create a ticket by sending an email to support@blackdesert.zendesk.com 

    EDIT: You are correct in no phone number though

    Yes, they only have email support, no live chat, no phone.
    The last time I had an issue, my payment went through but they didn't give me what I paid for, it took 2 weeks for them to get back to me and give me my 60$ of in game cash.
    Very horrible support.

    Did that, here's hoping.
    Did want to complain about no live support.  Seems outrageous.  Also having to shame them into a speedy resolution also seems a bit underwhelming to say the least.

    This is where you find out you didn't actually purchase the game.
    You merely rented it  =) =) =)

    I had downloaded the game and had the 12005 error which disconnected me every 1%. after 6 days I finished downloading it only to find "you do not have access to the game" . so much for the 7 day game pass 0 minutes played. I submitted a ticket and haven't heard since.
