a game like Wurm, but not wurm online, unlimited etc

so Finally having to throw in the towel on wurm online.

LOVE the crafting aspect and the need for crafters, total terraforming, wound system.

hate, Hate, HATE the dismal population, and the Grind

So I want to find an open world sandbox that is Closely related to Wurm in the good aspects, but it wont take me months, if not years to grind as well as a descent population.

Some titles NOT to mention please:

Black Dessert online(sorry I hate bots)

Haven and Hearth(already play it, still don't know if I like it)

We played wurm and it is very easy to see the infuence as well as many other sandbox games.

Their are thousands of videos on youtube.
