Mail filter?

Not sure what mail engine you guys use but would it be possible to add some kind of mail filter?
Either let us do it ourself or use a server side spam block?
Having had this mail for quite some time now, mostly using it for beta signups and the like the adress have somehow slipped to the spammers, i am now facing like 10+ a day, wich means that if I am away for a couple of days my 1mb will fill up quick..
At all possible?
