    This is quite a topic... This is a matter of opinion, I wouldn't say Runescape is

    Those who made the game were quite creative with all the things they did for it, it all comes down to a matter of opinions like I stated above. The graphics aren't "top notch", but what can you expect from a game your playing in your browser... But from what I've seen its not a bad game, I've see worst.

    And for the first quote above, I would like to say that, you could say that of any mmorpg. And that statement lacks content.

    I've tried runscape, but i lost my interest in the game when i played FFX and ryl.

    I bet you, if the Runescape devs had more resources, and were actually making a proper game for the PC, it would probably be one of the best MMOs out there.

    Bear in mind Runescape is a browser based game, which as actually been around for a long time, and is still going strong. For what it is, I think it is a decent game.

    rune scape is a game for ppl who have never seen another mmo ever b4 ever, and they think its amasing that you can meet other ppl on it, or ppl who hav never seen guild wars and dont want to pay a running cost, if any1 that plays rune scape had a mind, they wouldnt play it. end of story.

    Whoa actually, I have played Eve, Everquest 2, Ragnorak, and GUILD WARS so in fact I have seen it. Believe it or not I like Runescape a lot more than all of those. In my mind I think a class system is absurd, why tie down players to doing one thing when you could have a game where you can do whatever you want?


    I would also like to take this time to say guild wars blows, there is no life after lvl 20. Its a pretty game thats it. Its a too linear, everyone does the same thing its just a matter of what you wear and how you attack.

    Runescape is a popular game because it has that free demo which is incredibly addicting. My motto is "it doesn't depend on the graphics of the game, it depends on the gameplay", so okay, some quests are quite boring, and maybe the clicking with the mouse thing gets boring fast, but you have to say people get addicted to it very fast, and besides, members is fun with that Castle Wars. I was going to stop playing RS, but I lead a clan that I didn't think would become a success and now I realize my stupidy on the popularity of the game
