Finding a Game

I am looking for a game preferably online that is based off of the old D&D format, such as Str, Dex.(not ddo).... and that has skills that level like morrowind and eq (but arnt these games). Is there anything newish out there that still has these? I want to be able to customize my character and possibly screw it up and have to start over, or hopefully reset. Creating skills or spells would be awesome, I like the option to do pve such as steal and quest. I really liked ryzom but not being able to jump and fences ankle high blocking me is a no go and that seems to be kinda close to what im looking for. Just sick of everyone playing the same character and not being able to invest my self in my avatar.

I know its kinda scattered but is there anything out there for me? or is my only option to play super old games.
