Where to download the game...?

This game went f2p May 10th correct? When i go to the website, I couldn't find a download button. The only thing i did find was a button that kept redirecting me to the steam store page. And there is nowhere to download the game on steam, just an option to buy 2 "dlc" founder packs. So is the game not yet f2p even though the website says it went f2p on May 10th?

Really? From my time with the game I wouldn't have guessed that they would need to limit the amount of players... It's not a very casual game, in my opinion. And non-casual games usually don't have that big of a player base.

They aren't limting access because of popularity. They're limiting it because of repeated developer blunders, resulting in a 2d game being unplayable on high end machines.
