Quality soundtrack in new MMOs

Why is it always this bad? There is just not enough effort put in game soundtrack anymore. The lack of quality makes the game disjoint. No memorys can be build since the music jsut doesnt fit for the sorrounding or there are just way 2 few tracks on the game, also bad ones.
For me there wasnt a single new MMO since Lineage 2 that had such a great soundtrack that you could listen for hours.
