Gamigo Group has posted an announcement on its corporate site to announce its merger with Aeria Games Europe. The new joint company will be focusing primarily on publishing games such as Echo of Soul, Fiesta Online and several others in North America and Europe.

GameForge already is a subseriary of P7S afaik...

On topic... For once I think this is a good merge. Gamigo games were all close to empty and their games were way too old and few to no new ones added. With this merge new money and hopefully a better future will be there for Gamigo games (not playing either one's games though)

Aeriagames has fallen a long way in the past few years. It used to be really great but now it's a shell of it's former self.

Implying they were anything good. They were always shit and no it is not because pay2win cash shop, it is because their customer support sucks donkey's balls, much like other f2p publishers like gamigo, pwe, gameforge etc.
