Camera Angle

I know this is an odd question, but I truly enjoy player created content, this game seems to really explore that endeavor.  However, when creating content, what will the camera be like?  I've watched the videos and it seems like a fixed camera, the above 3d scrolling.  When creating content will you be able to zoom in and out, view things say from the edge of an inn, capture a battle from close to first person?  Thanks to anyone in the know.
