Hello, all that has been playing this for a while now.
I got the h game when it came out 2014, played for a month then about a year ago played for a month again.
i want to get into it a bit more, I can log into my account play the game but my email address is wrong and I don't have access to the old email address anymore.
I logged a job more than a week ago no answer no nothing. is this normal?
I don't want the email to be incorrect i might buy more things for the game, but if this is normal support i would rather give this a wide miss.

There is still support.
However the large Support team that the game launched with was cut back - subscribers didn't stick around so no money coming in etc. etc.
As a b2p game ESO no longer has the same support operation. It does however have support and a search on the forums indicates that people posting "how to change e-mail address" are contacted. Whether a week is normal or not I wouldn't like to say.
The moral of the story: I think the support is very good, but may be slow.
anyhow they got lots of players they will not miss on.
