Returning player from PC to PS4

Hello, i played ESO during the release on PC, and i have stopped playing it for a while now ( almost a year off )

since many people are saying that ESO is in their best state right now, i am tempted to play it again, this time on PS4.

my question is, how is the population in PS4 compared to PC?

is the pop healthy? i am and will always be the Dominion, FOR THE QUEEN!

how is the player base in the Dominion? and how are they in the PS4 Cyrodil?

2nd question is, can i transfer my PC Crown to my PS4 Crown ?

    For your second question, no, you can't move crowns from one platform to another although, I suppose, you could ask them through support... no idea if they ever make exceptions.
