All I know is, male gamers get accused of cheating, don't see this kind of treatment for them

Impresive stats. Good for her, but is this really news worthy?
It is Overwatch, it is the trend now. Create a post with overwatch tag for more site visit. And if the topic is something like this then clicks just keep coming!!! More money from ads. And i am not talking about mmorpg.com here, we are actually late on this news, other sites even created more absurd article regarding this news, like "sexist attack on female gamer in overwatch". It is just good business.

*someone add that cutler beckett meme here*

Boobs are LIFE, Boobs are LOVE, Boobs are JUSTICE, Boobs are mankind's HOPES and DREAMS. People who complain about boobs have lost their humanity.

You do know that she used jumping as a way to changes where the lobbed shots hit right?
Was she doing that when she wasn't even shooting, too? When there was no one in the room to even aim at?

What a pro. Launching invisible salvos at nonexistent enemies. That certainly explains the win rate...
You dont know anything about human physiology do you?

She was constantly jumping around even when there were no enemies nearby for a good reason.

Try running a mile hard then stop suddenly and lie down for 2 minutes then get up and run another mile hard.

Oh, whats that? Your legs cramped up and you are in excruciating pain? Yeah, same thing applies to your hands.

Honestly, I'm shocked that any gamer would bring up the fact that she was jumping when nobody was onscreen. Warming up is standard in competitive shooters, especially those that are team based, this is common knowledge.

Some people are just salty and always will be, regardless of subject.

And once again, gender is brought front and center despite the fact that it never had anything to do with this story in the first place.

If the accused were a male gamer, would his gender have been part of the headline? I'm guessing not. In fact, it probably wouldn't even be specifically mentioned anywhere in the article, merely inferred through the use of gender-specific pronouns. Which is how it should be, but nope! Suzy just has to point out the poor gamer girl being picked on by those mean, vicious closet Gamergate supporting men! It can't be because they genuinely thought she was cheating, no! It's because she's a girl! That's it! Men are evil! EVIL!!

Ya I can't watch or play like that. To jarring, I couldn't even see half of what was going on.

The jumping made it infinitely worse. I got about 3 minutes into the actual feed and cut it off. If this kind of gimmicky idiocy has provided her with an excellent win rate, good for her, I guess. But I wouldn't be caught dead doing it myself.

    Gimmicky idiocy?

You realise that she is predicting the opponents shot placement and that nearly every movement she makes is a result of those predictions, right? Her ability to read tells from an opponent is top notch.

You don't get an 80% win rate by being good at bunny hopping. Anyone with even a modicum of experience in the competitive first person shooting scene would be blissfully aware of this fact.

Probably a good idea to better educate yourself before you chime in on this subject again, as it's blatantly obvious that you're not very well informed.

She was bouncing around like a kangaroo on crack even when nobody was shooting at her. Probably a good idea to get your eyes checked before you chime in on this subject again, as it's blatantly obvious that you're incapable of actually seeing the video.

She's obviously very skilled, but let's call a spade a spade here. Disagreeing is fine, but acting like a condescending jackass about it is uncalled for.

Your post is ironic. The point is that her movements are advanced, skilled, and next level. You may not like it because it's not aesthetically pleasing, or in your opinion, useless.. but this is simply not the case. It's used to dodge incoming attacks. Is some of it preemptive? Sure.. That's kind of the point. She's going to be incredibly hard to hit, and her aiming is insanely accurate.

If you play any FPS at a high level, things like this are commonplace. There's nothing wrong with being that person who manually clicks their skills in WoW, instead of using hotkeys, but calling someone an idiot because of their play style, is moronic at best. This is not even mentioning the fact that Zarya is a high skill cap hero in the game.
its overwatch, aim assist auto aim bs magnet shot, yeah she has some real skill, uhh not really i watched the footage that crap been around since early days of quake, doesnt take skill to play OW, just takes little bit time to understand how game mechanics work, thats about it. sooo yeah i don't agree with some of the stuff you have said, we are talking about a casual game that's trying act like its hardcore arena shooter with TF2 style and moba stuff, pretty much just a shallow game for people that "think they hardcore Pro gamers" same reason why everyone plays League and crap these games are casual as hell, sure you can spin some crap and say oh it takes this skill ect ect, but same can be said for pokemon or mario games, we can all spin crap to suit our own agenda.

then again i never really respect these so called gamers that chase these E-Sports games, most people wouldn't even give a crap about league if it wasn't for E-sports, and no one would give a crap about overwatch if another company developed it, they only praise this garbage because the world "blizzard".

these popular games are just horrid in general and the people that come with it, the egotistical behavior, the false mentality that they are elite, this is one part of it all, it paints a clear picture for me, for any game to be popular and adopted by the masses with out PR/hype/marketing influence, they need the following.

Easy to pick up and play
Low skill cap ( very few people like hard games thats why hardcore games have niche players and you don't see them in E-sports)
    must be low demanding

Call of duty League of legends and overwatch Hearthstone ect ect, these have all these common attributes among them all, they all just casual games for the masses, and because humans are sheeps, they all just follow suit like good little sheeps and lets not forget fanboisim/girlsim.
i mean i'll play with the 10 million unsalted players... while you sit there solidifying for some reason...

it's a fun game with literally none of the characteristics you quoted, maybe you should actually play it before you make judgement.. or better yet jump on the blizzard hate wagon because thats clearly what you're doing here.
not a hate wagon i been around gaming industry long enough to know whats happening here, popular games does not mean they are good games, CoD? anything popular doesn't make it good apple? anyone? remember the Wii? right point proven, nothing to do with hate, just i care about the industry very much, and these games and company's are not doing us any good in the long run
