Seems it took way too long to fix imo but that's just me I know a couple who have quit over the pvp hacks..... And now there playing other mmo's so I don't see them coming back and I'm sure my friends are not the only ones who quit over hackers......
Which sucks because we were really having fun at first....

Stop the witch hunt. Hacking is hardly an issue for most normal players. Over 60 days playtime and been apart of many gvg's and fights, have yet to see any sort of hacking. No one in my guild or on my friends list has seen anything of issue either.
Is it there? Yes, obviously from a handful of youtube videos hacking does exist in the game.
Should it stop you from playing? No. If you ever have your playing enjoyment brought down by one of these rare occurrences, there's no irreversible awful thing that can happen to you.

Yeah I tend to agree. There are hacks and bot programs for most MMOs. It's just that BDO has had some high-profile hacking so people are making it out like BDO is the only game with a hacking problem.
Part of it is because it's a seamless OWPVP game. In a regular quest-hub themepark with group finders, you're not likely to run into hackers or bots. You spend your time solo, often in solo instances, or groups of 6. But that doesn't mean they're not there.
