Hi.
For about 1 month ago I started playing FFXI but I got tired of it so I just stopped playing. But my account was still active. I subscribed for the free trial, so I tought "I'll cancel the account the last days when the trial is about to end". Well now is the last days or maybe the last days have passed, and guess what. I can't log in to my account. It says "Wrong Pol ID or password" but I have tried everything, I even went to the official support site. There it stood that I must check that I have written my password correct. And I've checked it 20 times, and I know that my Pol ID is correct. So what should I do? I can't get in and they'll keep billing me right?

Talk with the support folks, see if you can't cancel through them. If nothing else works, you can always tell your credit card to refuse the charges.

Call them on the phone it should have their support number somewhere. then you can get hold of real people instead of an answer on the website that never works

did u put them in caps it won't work in lowcase

Yes I did, however I'll try and contact them by calling them or using their webchat
