I think it is now closed, but I played it few years ago.
There were classes, not sure if they were gender locked, but the game was a lobby where people pick their characters and go clean a dungeon.
There was a lizard class type thing, the name was something like Pargolan or something with P.
One of the classes used sword and shield and the other used gun, the lizards were a bit shaman like with totems or summons
