Greetings everyone,
Some of you may know the social network of gamers
Anook.com For those that ignore it, Anook is a sort of Facebook for gamers, but without all the crap. Gamers of all sort can gather, follow their favourite games, share screenshots, livestream and youtube videos, or create their own page or guild forums! The really great side of Anook, is that you find everything in a same place. This ideal if you enjoy several games, as you can follow news and share adventures with like minded gamer in a single place. If you want to know more about Anook, I invite you to watch this little video I made 3 years ago.
But now, the important stuff! We are very happy to announce you that Saga of Lucimia is now a game that you can follow on Anook! Hourrah! So go crazy, create your page, share your videos, your screenshots, your guild forums, start to speak about the game, and share it all over the internet! We will be there to support you!
As serious and dedicated team, we also have created an official page:
Saga of Lucimia, Official ; We will share the progression of our game, latest videos and interesting articles. Only official and serious stuff. We count on you to create the "Fun fan Pages" !
My personal experience: I've enjoyed Anook as soon as I started to use it. I find it the ideal tool in our modern world where players do not play a single game for several years. I could follow players that shared the same passion than I and share all my screenshots! Later I started my own blog, and established the HeadQuarter of my mulitigaming community. Anook has improved my gaming life and made it more enjoyable and more social.
If you need any help, I'm moderator on Anook, and I can help you to start up.

This is something games are NOT doing and really bums me out as well as making a farce of the term mmo.
Point being ,i am not into some online hangout just because,i want to play some mmo's with other people that are actually MMO designed, instead of all the solo based gaming.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
The fact that Saga of Lucimia created a Page there (like we have a Twitter account, and a Facebook page) is not related the effort of developing nice features and content that will bring players together.
It is not mutually exclusive, its possible to have a presence on Social Media, AND to offer an interesting game. If you do not enjoy to spent time on social media, its your call really, and no one forces you.
However, as community manager, I need to ensure we are present in most place possible, to foster a community, reach poeple and be visible, accessible.
