been stuch since early access and until i made youtube video and posted it they wunt respoond and now there tryign to blame MY PC as the fault .
i sent a dxdiag and they confirtmed that my 16 gig and 4.5ghz processor is more than capable of running this! 
i find a forum FULL on their site of ppl same problem so hwo can they say its me lol and then NOT help me after i payed them their wages !

A solution for the absurdly bad slow downs found was to tick the "real time optimization" button. It seemed to stop the weird lag spikes and slow mo mode.... mostly.  They have some serious issues in their code I think, I turned the game down to its lowest settings and still got the turn/combat lag. Will go from 120fps to 3, but game never says it drops below 30fps, but it most obviously does.

It is also kind of shady to me that third party fps programs will properly register fps drops, but the game seems to say it never goes below 30-40fps....despite it being 5fps.
