in Guild Wars
in the beta i could bye a robe armor but i cant any more + i have sen others have it but i cant get it ?++
and does any one have the problem with first the sounds you make stops and then the hole game shutsdown +

i can start off by saying i dont have the sound problem..
and ive never made a ranger..at least not yet.. my friend has one.. The way the armor is set up, is that you can only see the armor your Main class can wear at each vendor (the armor system as far as buying,not finding any, all the same is the worst part of the game) each vendor has better and better armor as you go through the game.. i can only think of like 4 sets of armor plus the 15k.. (i may be wrong) for each class.. SO if youre saying you cant wear robes say from an elemental.. no you cant do that..
if u are talking about the long robe-like coat that some rangers wear, it is actually the chest piece of leather armour. You can't get it at crafters, though druid's armour looks quite similar but u can get it at various collectors, along with the other pieces of the leather armour set.

it's probably the 15k ranger armour, all the 'lvl20' armour from beta is 15k a piece from marhan's grotto and granite citadel.

PvE in general is pretty lame, if you think long and hard about it. You are spending your time beating a severely gimped AI that would lose to a well trained monkey. Best not to think too long and hard why you are wasting time playing games in general actually...
