Funny threads and bad game titles...

What are some of the funniest threads you've seen as well as some of the worst names for games and MMO's that come to your mind.

I remember this funny thread around here where some (not to say kid cuz it would sound offensive, but felt like it) by how some individual made a thread asking someone to make his MMORPG so the thread title was "Build my MMORPG: Part 2" I'm sure people are working hard now to make it happen after that thread :)

When it comes to some truly poor, bad and just terrible names for a game, they can indeed tell a lot behind the team working on them lol. So, Mr. John Smedley way to go with "Hero's Song".

    Harder than they're working on making new games targeted at people who don't pay money for new games.

    What is that even supposed to mean? Does it mean something in Japanese? Late Execution at Nightfall?

    Hero's Song isn't that bad but it's just not very descriptive.

    Rimworld sounds like a open world Basketball MMO even though it isn't.

    Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - First Assault Online may be long but it can't really be shortened without loosing out on the GitS:SAC IP appeal.


    Many titles just aren't very descriptive to avoid from being too wordy. But none of that matters anymore after a game becomes popular and widely known. Minecraft means a lot more than just "a mining and crafting simulator" that the title may imply.

    It's not really one thread, there is this guy who keeps posting how much money he has not spent on MMOs.

    Or how much money he has spent. Seriously. I can name one person that constantly makes threads for the sake of their existence. If you look on the pub you'll know.

    Or any of the plethora of JRPG titles on Steam at any given moment. Hatoful Boyfriend? Translation error of Hateful?

    As far as funny threads are concerned the above mentioned narcissist and his money are always fun. A certain chainsaw wielder is good for a laugh or two also.

    Horrible title indeed, not a JRPG however but a very good 2d fighter, very well worth it.

    Now that I think of it: Blazblue Chrono Phantasma Extend might be mine, which funnily enough is also a 2d fighter and very, very good.

    Or maybe I just like games with very bad titles....

    'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless. 

    It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

    It is just huge resource waste....'

    I have to play that one, but its a fighting game, not jrpg.

    Another one is Melty Blood Access Again Current Code, probably my favorite fighting game in history.
