Kinda funny how most are defending Pokemon Go.. and cant see its a major factor.. since he went out to the pokestop to put the pokemon detector or what ever is called.. What if he got into a dispute over putting the item on the pocket stop and got out hand.. or someone notice him using a nice phone and want to steal from him..

They cant really sue the company cause no one force him to leave the house to go pokemon hunting.. He went out of his own free will to place the item on the pokestop.. Its hard to know if it played a factor in his final moments..Yet his death occur cause he went out to play pokemon go.. regardless of how one can see it.. he went out to play.. He did not go out shoppping or to eat he went out cause he was playing and hunting pokemon..Is Niantic responsible over this death no..
