Other player sightings

Even though it has been said that there is practically no chance to see another player, that means it is possible to do so, right? So if while your playing you sight or interact with another player, or find traces of another player passing, post it here. It would be interesting to see how often it happens for different players and what the circumstances are, where, etc.

AFAIK  you can't see other players just the results of their work.
They've never showed another player on the screen when demoing the game. 
They stated it's 'not a multiplayer game'

It appears you cannott see other players or any effect they cause, they stated many, many times that you would be able to do so, they said that while the chances of meeting someone was rare - it was possible, turns out to be bullshit.

I guess the name is true anyway. There will be nobody out there but you, period.

Oh well. It should still be fun for me as a single player exploration experience, though when the day comes that we get an mmo in this vein it just may be awesome.
